We have a dedicated Customer Service & Logistic Department, who is responsible for: forecasting and ordering goods from our suppliers and monitoring the stock levels. We usually forecast 12 months ahead which makes it very convenient for our suppliers to plan production.

We sell to all major wholesalers in Poland. Whenever it’s feasible and desired by our Partner, we deliver directly as well.

We have a marketing team of highly experienced Brand Managers who are responsible for market analysis, strategy setting and implementation.  Our portfolio consists of  products from different categories: from food supplements and cosmetics through medical devices and RXes. We use a broad range of marketing tools which we blend according to the needs of each brand and marketing strategy. We participate in professional events, conferences and congresses where we present our brands. TV, radio, public and professional press, internet, mailings are the tools we use for the advertisement of our brands. We are experienced in building and adapting brand websites for the Polish market. 

We focus on sales promotions for independent pharmacies and pharmacy chains. We cooperate also with drugstores.

We are convinced that the best marketing is done directly in the field. Therefore we a have a team of professional medical and sales representatives who support our brands via sales, recommendation, training, sampling and promotion. In order to provide our key chain clients with top service, we have e dedicated team of key account managers in different parts of Poland. From 2017 we have a developed by opening own telemarketing team that help us to establish and keep everyday contact with individual and chained pharmacies.

We produce sales and marketing reports for ourselves and also our suppliers according to their needs. We keep records of activities we are doing as well as costs. Efficiency and profitability for our partner are our key drivers whenever making a final decision.
